Do I need to know which service I want before contacting you?
Not at all. Many people write simply to describe a problem they are facing. We find that a short conversation about the situation is usually the most efficient way to determine whether our work is a good fit — and if it is not, we will say so.
Is there any commitment involved in making contact?
No. An initial conversation is exactly that — a conversation. We do not attach proposals or pricing to first contact unless you specifically ask for them.
Can you work with organisations outside Tokyo consulting?
Yes. A portion of our assessment and capability work is conducted remotely. We are happy to discuss how that might apply to your situation when you write in.
